Welcome to Face List — a platform connecting real people with beauty businesses offering discounted or free treatments in exchange for content or training footage. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are

Face List is a matching service helping beauty businesses find suitable models and content creators for training, marketing, and social media. We are not a treatment provider — we simply facilitate the connection. For more information about our Partner Standards, please click here.

2. For Models

By signing up or applying for any opportunity, you agree to:

  • Be honest and accurate in your application (e.g. age, photos, skin type)

  • Show up on time if selected for a treatment

  • Consent to your image and footage being used by the business for marketing, training, or social content

  • Understand that the beauty business is fully responsible for your treatment — not Face List

  • Let us know if you no longer wish to be part of the group or receive updates

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the WhatsApp group and being excluded from future opportunities.

3. For Beauty Businesses

By posting opportunities or receiving model shortlists, you agree to:

  • Use model content only in the ways stated in the callout unless further permissions are agreed

  • Provide a safe, professional environment for any models selected

  • Handle all treatments, consent, and aftercare — Face List is not liable for any treatment outcomes

  • Pay any agreed admin or booking fees where applicable

  • Not misuse or share model data outside the agreed scope

We reserve the right to remove any business that breaches trust or misuses model data.

4. Our Role & Responsibilities

Face List:

  • Provides a matchmaking and shortlisting service

  • Shares opportunities via WhatsApp and Instagram

  • Does not offer or perform treatments

  • Cannot guarantee every model or business will be selected or matched

  • May update these terms from time to time
